Visible is a game where your screen is split into two different worlds. Each side is a reflection but there are different obstacles on each.

You use your keyboard to navigate the stick figure around the screen to the exit. The split screens may be different – one might have spikes while the other has a platform to safety.  There are also obstacles like mines and motion sensors to overcome.

This game is fun for all.

Cat Bowling is a funny take on the classic bowling game. The gameplay is simple – hit the enter key when it reaches the center of the gauge. If you get it right, you get a strike.

What makes this game funny and strange is that you are playing as a witch throwing a pumpkin at evil cats.

Great game for halloween or any time!

zoomquilt 1 and zoomquilt 2 are hard to explain. They are flash animations created by some cool artists. The flash animation moves from one scene to another. The result is a seamless display of cool artwork to admire.

This match 3 game’s story  is in Japanese, but the basic gameplay is easy enough to follow without knowing the backstory. You are a Zookeeper, whose animals need to be matched up before the time is over. Each level is faster, but there are some neat powerups you can use. Lose a level, though, and you get yelled at by your supervisor…

In this strange little game, Eggs are dropping from the top of the screen from a chicken. You must catch the eggs in a crate. Miss an egg, and you lose the game. While the action is going fast and furious, a chorus of chickens are clucking a song. Check it out!

Here’s another strange (but funny) asteroids knockoff.  In Bassteroids, you are the worm, trying to stay away from the attacking bass. Turn, move and fight your way through the dangerous waters. Beware the bass…

Remember Garfield? I used to love him, and this take-off of the asteroid game is hilarious. In Lasagna from Heaven, you use the mouse to move Garfield back and forth across the screen. Opens his mouth as food rains down from above. Miss the food, and you’ll make him very unhappy! The drops get faster and non-food items get added to slow you down. Fast, fun action!

Are you ever in the mood for low-budget murder mysteries? The Stickman Murder Mystery site may be just the place for you. Sure it’s violent, but the victims are only stick figures.

You play a homicide detective who solves crimes for the town of Stickville. You interview suspects, collect evidence, examine the body, and profile criminals. Then, when you think you’ve solved the mystery, you submit the evidence to your boss, the Chief. If he believes you, you’re a star! If not, oh boy, do you get humiliated.

It’s a combination of campy detective stories, juvenile humor, and clever stories. All done with bright colors, and stick figures. Now, the graphics aren’t the best, and neither are the sound effects. It’s almost like a trip back to those text adventure stories, with some interactive features thrown in. i happen to love nostalgic games, so I was in detective heaven.

Another caveat: sometimes you have to answer a question to get through a certain point. For example, in order to use the MRI machine on a body, you must answer a question about gambling, pharmaceuticals, or something else. I think that orginally (or maybe even now) this game was used as a way to get people to click on links and sell stuff. I just treat these questions as a way to hone my research skills and be a better detective.

Nevashut is a funny, if not totally politically correct, game featuring everyone’s favorite potato chips – Pringles. Actually, although this game was obviously made to sell more chips, the real star of the game is Sanjeev, owner of the Nevashut gas station. Get it, Neva Shut?

Anyway, your object is to win all 5 flavors of Pringles by talking to Sanjeev and making him happy. You don’t need to say anything complicated, just ask him to do something, or compliment him. Get all five to win the game, although the real-life contest is over.

Sanjeev has some funny reactions to what you tell him. He also has some great lines if you say something silly or don’t say anything at all. The best, I think is when he dances to music. Tell him to “dance” and watch what happens.
