Barnyard Invasion is a funny twist on the match puzzle game genre. You play an alien vacationing on Earth. You’re here to sightsee, but you also have a mission: to rescue farm animals from their cruel human masters. In order to save the animals, you need to match 4 of them in a row by sliding the rows and columns around.
The game is timed, and you have to rescue a certain number of each animal per round. There are also obstacles, like barns, hay bales, and animals with foil hats on. However, you have dynamite, and other helpful items.
This game looks really good, and the animals are animated and funny. The cut-scenes are very cute, showing vacation photos, as well as some mix-ups with the transportation system the aliens use. You’ll have lots to do, with 60 levels, eight types of animals to rescue, and 2 difficulty settings.
